Important Changes for Weekend Group Coaching Sessions

Kindly note the changes to our booking and payments system that will be introduced from November 1st 2011. These changes will ensure we maintain our already high standards of coaching. Also it will help everyone to access the very popular sessions in the weekend, as we will know number of trainees in advance. 
 
The changes are as follows:

• From November 1st 2011, booked sessions cannot be carried over to any following week under any circumstances. If you do not attend a booked session we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
 
• If there are any sessions you cannot attend please let us know in advance when booking for the month and they will not be charged. These pre-booked sessions will remain £10 per session.
 
 
• If you wish to attend sessions that have not been booked on the first weekend of the month or first weekend of your payment, then these sessions will now cost £15.
 
• Any sessions booked over the phone and not attended will still be charged on your next visit.
